Where've I been?

Hey,

I know. You haven’t heard from me in a loooooong while.

In my defense, a lot has happened in the last couple of months. (You too, or has it been, like, pretty chill?)

I’ve tried to unpack “what’s happened” in the normal writing way that I do, and I keep sputtering to a stop way before getting to anything resembling a cohesive thing.

If I told you the number of times I’ve tried to write an issue, you’d think I was exaggerating or that I’d truly lost my mind.

Instead of fighting it, I’m leaning into the insanity and trying something… different. Something simultaneously much easier and scarier for me to do, which is talking out loud and recording it for you all to see.

What’s going to make this even more interesting is another human being will join me. And not just any person...

This phenomenal human being is Carolina Wilke , co-founder of Sacred Business Flow, an organization merging conscious business strategy with nervous system and energetic work.

I am unbelievably lucky to have spent countless hours absorbing her wisdom and learning from her embodiment work. Not to be dramatic, but I say with absolute confidence that I’d be living a completely different timeline if our paths had never crossed.

This is going to be a weird and wild episode. (How could it not be? I’m having an out of body experience just sending this email.)
